I’m a psychologist, sexpert, and unapologetic disruptor of the status quo in sex and relationship support.
In my Private Practice, I help individuals and couples navigate, improve and future-proof their intimacy and relationships. And since I cannot change the world for the better in my industry single-handedly, I also support my colleagues to run successful independent businesses and change people's lives every day.
I face and call out systemic bullshit and the oppression of our wellbeing on the daily—with depth, clarity, and a touch of rebellion. I try to build or participate in projects that represent the things I am passionate about, such as Mental Health (especially Workaholism) and Animal Welfare.
I am also a deep system thinker who loves to read books and listen to podcasts regularly. My soul heals in Nature and grows on the road, and as a Globe Trotter, I travel lots - capturing beautiful landscapes as I introspect, challenge myself and remind myself that all we are is Dust In The Wind...
Whether you’re here to just learn more about me, or heal and grow, or maybe even build a meaningful business or project that actually works in this wild world—I’ve got you!

Curious To Know More?
What exactly do you do as a psychologist and sexpert?
I support individuals and couples in understanding themselves, healing emotional wounds, navigating intimacy, and building relationships that actually work in real life—not just in theory. My approach blends psychology, relational science, and unapologetic honesty. I’m here to help people transform, not tiptoe around their problems. You can explore what I can help with here: https://www.lifesexperts.com
How can I work with you?
You can reach out to me via email, and from there we can discuss your goals, needs, and whether we’re a good fit. I offer sessions, guidance, and occasionally long-term journeys for those wanting deeper transformation.
Are you available for collaborations, speaking, or interviews?
Absolutely—if the project aligns with my values, mission, and desire to create more integrity and clarity in the world of intimacy, mental health, and personal development. I enjoy speaking, teaching, writing, and contributing to meaningful conversations. Email me to explore the possibilities.
Do you have a podcast?
Yes! I host a Bulgarian-language podcast called Секс и Щастие (“Sex & Happiness”). It’s my way of giving something back to Bulgaria by sharing grounded, accessible conversations about intimacy, relationships, and personal growth. If you don’t speak Bulgarian but still want to hear me, I’m occasionally a guest on various international podcasts where I talk about sexuality, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and the messy, beautiful complexity of being human.
Are you active on social media?
Technically yes—I have accounts—but I don’t really use social media the way most people do. I used to be active on LinkedIn until they shadowbanned my work, which dramatically reduced my visibility and made it clear that the platform wasn’t a reliable place for open dialogue about intimacy and wellbeing. These days, the best way to know what I’m up to is my newsletter. That’s where I share insights, updates, invitations, and the real behind-the-scenes of my work.

What is Grindless.Life?
grindless.life is my personal development project born out of surviving multiple burnouts and refusing to let workaholism run my life again. It’s a space for entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-achievers who want to succeed without destroying themselves in the process. Through psychology, systems thinking, and deeply lived experience, I teach people how to heal the hurt and trauma that fuels their workaholic tendencies and build a life that feels aligned with their values. What is “360 of Your 365”?
“360 of Your 365” is a yearly reflection and life-design practice I created for myself and later shared with others. It’s a simple but powerful way to pause, zoom out, and look at your life from every angle — your habits, goals, wellbeing, relationships, energy, and direction. Instead of waiting for burnout, crisis, or frustration to force change, the framework helps you redesign your year with intention. It’s part practical audit, part emotional check-in, part roadmap for living with more clarity and purpose. Find more at: https://360ofyour365.lifesexperts.com/
How do you support Sexpreneurs and other professionals in the field?
Back in 2019, I founded the Sexperts Business Community—a space dedicated to helping sexuality and relationship professionals build independent, sustainable, high-impact practices. I’ve spent years supporting sexperts in navigating the business side of this work: visibility, sales, client care, strategy, systems, and everything we were never taught in our formal training. My mission has always been to empower colleagues to thrive, so they can change more lives without burning out or getting lost in the noise of the industry. I also offer one-to-ne business coaching for sexpreneurs.
What have you done in the Animal Welfare world?
I grew up rescuing cats and dogs in my hometown in Bulgaria—my home was basically a halfway house for strays. I’d collect animals, patch them up, and find them new families. It wasn’t until years later, living abroad, that people kept telling me how their cats “from Leah” were doing… and I realised I have been a cat dealer. :D In 2010, seeing how desperately Bulgaria needed a central place for rescuers, adopters, drivers, vets, and volunteers to connect, I created a nationwide animal-rescue platform on Facebook. It grew quickly and is now the largest animal welfare community in the country, with over 28,000 members in the main group and more than 60,000 followers across all connected platforms. Today it’s fully volunteer-run, and while I’m not active day-to-day anymore, I still care and show up with support, and oversight when needed. I have also been an advisor for other animal welfare projects - from Bulgaria and India. Animal welfare remains one of my core values, and I continue to support various initiatives and campaigns whenever I can.
What do you busy yourself with outside of work?
Right, yes, I used to be a workaholic - but I do have a lot more balance nowadays enjoying hobbies, interests and growth opportunities. I read books and listen to podcasts, hike whenever I can, wander through new places like a curious child, and photograph landscapes without a single touch of Photoshop. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by nature, exploring, or learning something that expands my understanding of people and systems. I also enjoy archery and tennis (without the rules & points) and if you challenge me to an arm wrestle - I'm in. Life is short, and if something can make a cool story - I'll take the (informed) Risk!
Where are you from, and what has your journey been so far?
I’m originally from Bulgaria — one of the oldest countries in Europe, and a place with rich history, culture, and language I love deeply. Bulgaria is in my heart with our old traditions, our strong and stoic spirit, our resourcefulness, our brutal honesty and integrity… all of that is part of my identity. I’m incredibly proud of where I come from. But as much as I miss it, the political landscape and systemic corruption simply don’t align with who I am or how I want to live. So my relationship with Bulgaria is one of love, longing, and giving back from afar — through creating the Bulgarian National Animal Rescue Platform, hosting a Bulgarian-language podcast to share my (s)expertise, and contributing in ways that honour my roots. I lived in the UK for nearly 15 years, and it’s woven into me at this point. I’m bilingual, bicultural, and dual-national, and I genuinely see myself as Bulgarian-British. British culture shaped how I think, work, communicate, and see the world — and there’s a lot from those years that I carry forward with gratitude. I’ve also lived in Portugal for a few months, back in 2017, and absolutely fell in love with it. Portugal remains one of my favourite places in Europe — soulful, warm, and quietly transformative. And now? I’ve been in New Zealand, travelling and exploring its wild beauty for over a year, and I adore it. This is the first place where I’ve felt like I could stay forever. It feels like a home that I chose and I hope it will choose me too.

What's Working With Me Like?
Emma Ahlert
Founder of Elsie
I was lucky enough to have an in-depth session with Leah a little while back, and I'm still reflecting on the insights I learned from her. Leah is both supportive of other female entrepreneurs, and generous with her knowledge. I am really grateful that we crossed paths. She has built an amazing, prosperous business (multiple actually!) and I look forward to seeing how she continued to impact, make space for, and support others within the sexual health and wellness community. Thank you Leah!
Képler Siguineau
CEO @ Build With Képler
Leah has been an amazing mentor in our entrepreneur community that we are both a part of. She has not shied away from helping me (who is earlier in the journey) with the experience she has accumulated. Sometimes it has been tough, and that is because she wants to make sure that I am heading in the right direction and not doing a bunch of things that are unrelated to each other. Thank you so much for being an amazing mentor for taking your time out to teach and also to provide us the platform to meet on a weekly basis! Awesome leadership!

Operations & Project Manager
Leah is an expert in relationships and business. I've had the pleasure of listening to Leah give practical advice to different startup founders, solopreneurs, and talented professionals looking to get more out of their passion projects. Leah is great at listening and getting you feeling comfortable. She also knows when to encourage you and when to kick you into action. Talking to Leah pushed me to increase the production standard of my marketing. She also encouraged me to consider healthy models in my relationship with money. Leah's advice is practical and actionable, and I've gotten a lot of value.

Leah took her time and expertise to have a look at my current services and messaging as I am launching a new coaching program. She has given me valuable feedback aroud clarity, SEO, and user experience on my website. I felt so honored and grateful that she gave me such detailed advice and practical so I can start making the changes right away. She also helped me increase my outreach and presence online that were from her own experience as a successful coach. Super grateful and inspired by the cork she does and the impact she has on people she comes in contact with.

Camilla Constance
Sex & Intimacy Coach
Leah is a fountain of knowledge and expertise which she shares with so much grace. Promoting a business related in any way to sexuality is not easy in a world dominated by social media giants who are wary (to put it kindly) of our work. Leah devotes so much of her time to finding alternative ways to get our message out there and fiercely determined to help every one of our businesses grow that it completely worth your investment in time and money to work with her. Thank you Leah 🙏❤

My sessions with Leah were different to any other therapy I've had in the past. They encouraged me to take a more active role in my recovery/discovery journey, which ultimately empowered me more and gave me a stronger sense of optimism and hope about my future. Most importantly the sessions gave me tangible tools to use in everyday life and all my relationships. Felt like the cloud lifted and I could think clearly and positively again.

Leah has been incredibly helpful in helping me work through my thoughts surrounding intimacy and relationships. Her approach is attentive but firm, and she proactively guides with clear advice, books, videos and techniques to complement the work done in her sessions. I would highly recommend Leah, working with her has felt distinctly different to past experiences in therapy, and I feel that I have accomplished a lot in a relatively short space of time.

Leah has been helping me with my personal development for about 18 months now. It has been an amazing experience! In particular she is helping me with my sex life and my social interactions. I have learned such a lot about myself and am finding it much easier to find my way through the world. Even though I am now in my seventies, I've come to realise that I still have a lot to learn. I count myself as very lucky to have found Leah to help me on this journey.

As someone who has been in therapy for years and worked with different therapists along the way, I can truly say that Leah is different, and that difference is exactly what I needed. At first, I was hesitant to work with her. Let’s be honest, opening up to someone new is never easy, especially when you have had past experiences with other therapists. I was a bit skeptical, but Leah connected with me in a way I didn’t expect. She brought in her own helpful experiences and life advice, which made me feel truly heard and seen. To me, that was so important because it didn’t feel like there was a wall between me and “the therapist.” I worked with Leah for a relatively short time (around three months), and in that time, I accomplished more than I thought possible. My biggest challenges were trust issues, feeling like a mom in my then-relationship (people-pleasing), and self-esteem issues. I can confidently say that my people-pleasing has gone down to the minimal. My self-esteem has improved, and I now have a better understanding of where my trust issues come from. Some topics are still a work in progress, but I am confident I can get to the point where I want to be. Her approach worked so well for me because she goes deep, challenges you (and personally, I need that little push), and offers tips and exercises that are Practical and Doable. She gives great examples that make it easier to actually apply what you are learning in your daily life.

I never felt like therapy had a lasting effect or change for me. I would frequent therapists who would listen to my thoughts and feelings for an hour. During that hour it felt great to spew all of my tribulations out and for the therapist to encouragingly nod their head, adding reassuring words throughout the session. Afterwords I would feel OK for a day or two but I never felt like I was improving myself or resolving anything. I was mostly just left with the feeling of paying someone to listen to me rant... and well, I already had friends I could do that with for free. Therapy started to feel like a waste of time and money so I decided I'd be better off without it. A year or so later I really felt like I needed some real effective help to manage my inner struggles. This time I did extensive research and came across Leah's website. Honestly with my previous experience in therapy I was a tad skeptical but when I saw that she did a "get to know you" to see if she could actually help you call, I decided to take the leap (and I'm so happy I did). Leah listened to me but she didn't always nod her head in agreement, nor did she always say reassuring words to support my delusion. Leah gave me the (sometimes) hard truth, she showed me what I needed to see in myself in order for me to grow. She gave me the tools that I needed to manage my inner struggles on my own. Because of Leah, for the first time in my life I can actually manage my struggles and some of these struggles have completely gone away. I feel balanced and much more secure in myself. My only regret is not finding her sooner! I wish I could have met Leah 10 years ago so that I wouldn't have felt like I wasted so much time. Better now than never though! Thanks Leah!!

We approached Leah to help with our relationship, in a time of difficulty, and we are both of us very glad we did. We have learned a great deal from her and the recommendations she gave us for reading, listening and then practising. She taught us to listen and communicate and ultimately to redefine our marriage. To get there, we had to open up, and express our difficulties. Leah’s talent in getting us to talk and open up about ourselves is truly exceptional. This is essential for proper diagnosis, but it also created a very safe space for unloading our deepest difficulties. By the end, we both felt that Leah had become a friend to our relationship, and really cared about how we were getting along, and for this reason alone, we thought it valuable to stay on her books. More practically, with her help, we have renewed our commitment to each other, but grown besides. In the course of her work with us, we have learned the value of autonomy, and relationship integrity, and sex positivity, and much more besides. She told us at the beginning that with the right kind of therapy, our sex life could take interesting, maybe unexpected, new developments and she was right. We are much more open-minded now than we were before. If you are committed to growing, to doing work on your relationship, and ready to follow guidance, We wholeheartedly recommend Leah as someone to help you in that journey.
